Pinecard
This is a fictitious currency design for Cascadia area.The currency is called Pinecard, which is a combination of playing cards, collective cards, and currency.
Dimension (unified): 85.60 mm × 53.98 mm (3.375 in × 2.125 in)
Material: Enhanced plastic-coated paper.

Security
1)The suit pattern on the back will turn to different colors when you look at it in a 45 degree angle.
2)The reflective pattern on the amount and the suit will also perform the same function.
3)The chip on the bottom of the cards contains secret code. When the money is inserted into a cards reader, fake money won’t be registered.

Playing cards
1)The amount of the money will be 1, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, 60, 80, 100. Rare ones have amount of 60, 70, 80, 90 and 150.
2)There are 4 types of suits; pinecone,tree, shamu, bear.
In some games the rules can give the suits a certain order, which is pinecone>tree> bear> shamu> pinecone.
3)There are 4 kinds of colors: blue, green, purple, red. Rare cards can have multiple colors. They can also be gold; in some games, gold cards can function as any color.
When different people get achievements in their career or win some prize, the             *reward can be a rare Pinecard. So people with outstanding career performance will have a better chance to get rare cards.

Functioning
1)Cards can be collected in a box with the amount on it, for the convenience of distributing and counting.
2)Because the dimension of Pinecards are the same as credit cards, the wallet slots will be designed for unified dimension.
3)Card readers are also designed for counting money. When you put different amounts in, it’ll add it up to the total amount and show it on the screen.

Collective
There are 256 kinds of cards so far (cards for kids are coming soon). The curves on the top side of cards will be connected forming an unfinished spiral. The center card of the spiral is the rarest card, only has 150 copies in the world.
